What Does The “D” Stand For In ONE PIECE?

One Piece is very Famous Manga and Anime Series, and it has been more than 25 years, Since it started.

One Piece has a great world building, and i can say the world of One Piece is one of the main reasons for its popularity, It has many mysteries, which are yet to be disclosed.

And as a fan of One Piece, I can personally say, I really wanted to see those mysteries to solved, One of the most popular mystery of the One Piece is the Will Of The “D”. What does actually “D” stands for in the story.

As we know there are many names which has “D” in it, most of the characters are very important for the story, even the main character has The “D” in his name, His name is Monkey D Luffy.

It has been revealed in the story that the People who has “D” in their name, are the Enemies of the God, and in One Piece World, Celestial Dragons are called the Gods of the world. And Celestial Dragons are the head of the world Government, that why we can say that the people who has “D” in there name are the Enemies of the world Government.

Celestial Dragons lived on the Top of The World and that place is called Mary Geoise, and in Mary Geoise, Celestial Dragons childrens were told that they would be eaten by the “D” if they don’t behave properly.

There are theories that prove That “D” stands for Devil, but that does not prove it means Devil, because there are other theories too which says “D” means Dreams, fans have made theories according to their perceptions, but there is no official clarification till now from “Eiichiro Oda” who is the creator of the One Piece.

So, the conclusion is simple that we can make any fan theory on the meaning of “D”, but the truth is that, no one can predict that meaning of “D” because “Eiichiro Oda” is unpredictable, till he clarify the meaning of “D”, then it can mean anything.
